Shipping Terms

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. These options can be chosen during the checkout process. Larger pallet shipments will be sent via Old Dominion.

Orders shipping within the USA will not be charged freight for orders invoiced at $250 or more.

Mondomats will incur an extra shipping fee due to the oversized box dimensions.

For international orders, you may be charged a customs fee (duty and VAT) by your country upon receipt of the package. These fees are beyond our control. Please be aware that this is an expense you must pay, and is based on value of the shipment.

Returns

We do accept returns on almost all items.

Shipping is at the customer’s expense by their chosen shipping method.

Please contact us at sales@chessex.com for a return authorization form and information on where to ship the return.

Defective product does not need to be returned. In these instances, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
